The SCHMIDT(R) flow sensor SS20.60/SS20.261 can grasp air flow and enhance the efficiency of pneumatic systems, achieving cost reductions through energy savings. Compressed air is an expensive energy source. The flow sensor enables the visualization of waste. The measurement range for the "SS20.60" is 0 to a maximum of 200 m/s, while the "SS20.261" ranges from 0 to a maximum of 90 m/s. The pressure resistance is a maximum of 1.6 MPa for the "SS20.60" and a maximum of 0.8 MPa for the "SS20.261." The operating temperature range for the "SS20.60" is -20 to +80/120°C, and for the "SS20.261," it is -20 to +85°C. The supply voltage is 24 VDC ±20%. [Example of Use] Pulse Instantaneous Accumulation Display

It displays an instantaneous flow rate of "0.0L/min" and a cumulative flow rate of "0.00L" with a pulse output type flow sensor (0.2cc/P).

In the case of instantaneous measurement, H (the number of pulses per second) is measured and converted by multiplying by 60. Unit conversion: 0.2 (cc/P) → 0.2 × 1/1000 (L/P). In the case of accumulation, since there is 0.2cc (0.0002L) per pulse, if the display shows 0.00L, it will be 0.01L for 50 pulses. (0.0002L × 50P = 0.01L) Therefore, it should be multiplied by 1/50. (1 count for 50 pulses) For example, if the output signal of a flow sensor (0.2cc/P) indicates a flow rate of 0.6L per minute. 0.6L/min → output signal: 50Hz (= 0.6 × 1000 ÷ 0.2 ÷ 60) 50Hz means 3000 pulses in one minute (50 × 60 = 3000 pulses). A flow sensor with a 4-20mA output (200L/min) displays an instantaneous flow of "0.0L/min" and a cumulative flow of "0.0L".

The unit pulse output is generated at an interval of 0.01 seconds for every accumulated 1L. <Accumulation Side Calculation Formula> Set the accumulated flow rate C as a parameter when inputting for T seconds at a 100% input span. When accumulating a 100% input span of 20mA for 60 seconds (=T), it resulted in 200.0 (L=C). Parameters 12, 13, and 14 start with initial values (C=T=1, L=0) and count up by 1 for every second at 100% input. Therefore, the actual pulse count after 1 minute will be 60 counts. Flow Sensor Rotor Type Pulse Output RFO Series

Flow Sensor (for liquids) RFO Series - Pulse output for liquid flow and visual confirmation - 4.5 to 24 Vdc pulse output. Manufactured by Gems.

The flow sensor features a liquid rotor with an outer wheel design, where the rotor and electronics can be visually confirmed and are packaged within a compact, panel-mountable housing. It provides an accurate flow rate as an electrical output, allows for visual confirmation of flow, and is economical. Typical flow sensor applications include: - Water purification and water distribution systems - Chemical dosing devices and semiconductor processing equipment - Testing of water injection systems and water delivery systems - Ensuring appropriate processing, mixing, and distribution operations in laser and welding equipment, coolers, and heat exchangers. Signal output: The voltage output of the RFO type flow sensor is an on/off pulse of the DC voltage supplied to the unit. The input voltage range is from 4.5 to 24Vdc, making it easily compatible with digital logic circuits. The frequency of the output pulse is proportional to the flow rate, ranging from approximately 15Hz at low flow to about 225Hz at high flow.
